About ClearBreath Path
A structured, science-backed way to stop smoking — and stay smoke-free.
ClearBreath Path is an evidence-based smoking cessation program built to help people quit cigarettes for good. It brings together two guided courses — a focused 2-week sprint and a deeper 4-week program — a library of practical ebooks, live weekly Zoom support sessions, and a daily curriculum that walks you from your first craving through your quit day and the weeks beyond it. Instead of leaving you to willpower alone, the program gives you one clear step at a time, a way to track your progress, and people to lean on.
Who it's for. Anyone who has tried to stop smoking and wants a structured path. Whether you are quitting for the first time, coming back after a relapse, or supporting someone you love, the program meets you where you are — and it is designed to be doable in a few minutes a day, not a second job. Our curriculum is founded on guidance from the National Institutes of Health and the American Lung Association, and every tool is chosen because it reflects what the research actually shows about how people quit.
Who builds it. ClearBreath Path is created and maintained by our own small team of health educators and developers, working directly from the public health research the program is built on. We are not a clinic, and the content here is educational: it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and we always encourage you to talk with a healthcare professional about your quit plan and any medication you may use.
